I'm realizing I'm sandwiching my last post about sleepy time with pillows cases and blankets. I can assure you it wasn't planned this way, but I can't think of a better way to welcome both.
I am so happy to release these beauties into the wild today. This beautiful set of pillow cases is as lovely as they come. The floral print is simple and the fabric is so smooth and soft. The color is neutral which can easily be paired with many things. I think it might be my favorite print thus far.
Our heirloom blanket is a lovely earthy mint green color and is made with high quality triple gauze. I love LOVE this blanket and I guarantee your little ones will love it too.
You can shop our newest collection here!
As a special offering for this release, leave a comment here telling me what your favorite spring BLOOM flower is and why. One lucky winner will be able to pick a set of pillow cases from our new collection!
My favorite spring bloom flower is the saguaro cactus flower! I am a native to Arizona, so we have a lot of saguaros, and it's just amazing to see the little white flowers bloom on such a prickly plant during the spring and early summer! The flowers bloom at nighttime and only last for one day, so they are a really special sight to see.
ReplyDeleteI love the pink floral pillow cases! They are so cheerful and they would go nicely with the quilt my mother-in-law made for me and my husband.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is dandelion! Does anyone have a childhood where they didn't make a wish on a dandelion? And they grow anywhere, reminding me that I can grow anywhere too! (Nvm the fact that it's technically a weed )
ReplyDeleteLOVE that forever blanket! Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite spring bloom has always been snowdrops. They are among the first to bloom where I live and always remind me that my favorite season is here! They are even more special this spring since my first snowdrop baby made her appearance at the same time!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite spring flower would for sure have to be dahlias. They remind me of my grandmother, And her cute little home in Mexico. So when I see one i always think of her and they always bring back good memories of being a kid running around the mango trees, and always running away from the chickens haha they scared me
ReplyDeleteIt sounds really hard to pick one favorite spring bloom especially since my tastes change with the years and whatever season of my life I happen to be in, but I do always seem to love tulips. It might be the time I spent in the Netherlands or how excited my students get every time the tulips we planted come up every spring. To them, and to me, they signify the new season and a breath of new life. I think tulips have always reminded me of something: some other place, time, or person. And they continue to have a positive association to this day. (Don't get a school garden coordinator talking about plants ☺️). Thanks for doing such a great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteLilacs are my favorite spring bloom. The beauty in the appearance and smell of lilacs are heavenly. I look forward to them every year.
ReplyDeletePoppy flowers have to be my favorite for sure! Growing up we had a little patch of them right outside of our door and it was always so exciting waiting for them to come up.
ReplyDeleteI love lilacs! We have a huge lilac bush across the road from our house and I look forward to it blooming every spring!
ReplyDeleteNo easy task for me as a giant nature and flowers-fan! But after a long time thinking about it, I have made the decision, that my favorite spring bloom flower is the forget-me-not. This flower was an important part of my childhood. I´ve never picked but I ever admired them. The colour has something magical and charming. Its like a miracle in a fairy tale. Because of her small and numerous blossoms the forget-me-not is spraying a kind of ease and freedom and it always reminds me of the feeling of being a child. Thats why I chose this one. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great and shining day,
Pia

I am having difficulty deciding, but I am going to have to say that my favorite spring time bloom is the ranunculus. No, wait, poppy. Yes. But I love the ranunculus so! I can't decide. Please don't make me! I love them both so. I am obsessed with the densely compact petals of the ranunculus. But the poppy is so delicate and whimsical. They are both the perfect flower, in my humble opinion.
ReplyDeletePeonies always and forever! They're so beautiful and delicate. What's funny is, my parents planted peonies along the sidewalk when I was little and I hated them for all the ants and now they're my favorite! If only they'd bloom longer! xo
ReplyDeleteI love love peonies. I wish they lasted longer because they are so beautiful! We had two giant bushes in our last house that were very old and amazing. When we moved for my husband's job I really wanted to take them with, but knew I'd probably kill them if I did. I was so sorry to say goodbye to them!
ReplyDeleteLilies at Easter and then lilacs. Mmmmm. So pretty in sight and smell.

Cherry Blossoms. I grew up with a cherry blossom tree in my backyard because it was my mom's first Mothers Day gift from me (obviously from my dad). Every spring it would bloom beautiful pink flowers and when they fell on the ground they looked like pink snow.
ReplyDeleteHaving since moved away, I long to be able to look out my window and see that tree one more time. When I do see one, it puts a bittersweet smile on my face.

Peonies are my favorite! Always and forever❤
ReplyDeleteoh my favorite spring time blooms are the lilacs. they hold such special memories of my childhood + i cannot get enough of their beautiful scent. all of the pretty white blooms on the trees have my heart, too.
ReplyDeleteHyacinths for their intoxicating scent and Narcissus for their beautiful, bright colour! The moment the potted bulbs arrive at our local market, I like to cover every corner of our house with them! I've popped the spent bulbs in our front garden in the fall for the past few years and I now have a lovely display outside as well!
ReplyDeleteThe ranunculus! On a gray rainy spring day, when toys are scattered all over the house and we're stuck inside and it feels like summer will never come, a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the table brightens up my day every time :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Tara, you are the lucky winner! please email me at livinglifesmoments@gmail.com to let me know what set of pillow cases you would like. Don't forget to leave your shipping address!

I love love the lilacs and hydrangeas! They remind me of my hometown where they bloom in everyone's yards in the country, including at my grandpa's farm. Makes me miss home just thinking about it, but it makes it so fun to visit in the springtime!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely hydrangeas! They are so beautiful and elegant and the colors are just gorgeous! I'll always remember my neighbor growing up had the most lucious hydrangeas on the side of her house. When we asked her how she cared for them to make them grow so big and beautiful she told us that she had spread her mothers' ashes there (kind of creepy but sweet at the same time). What a sweet sentiment though to leave this earth spiritually but to remain ever growing into the most beautiful blooms!

One of my favorites in the spring is Lily of the valley. They aren't necessarily the most beautiful and I'm pretty sure they are poisonous in some way, but oh man, if I'm on a walk and smell them it just brings back memories of being in my aunt's garden as a kid. There's something about the fragrant springtime flowers that just lifts the spirits!
ReplyDeleteThere are so many gorgeous ones, but I think my favorites are tulips and peonys! So magical.
ReplyDeleteThis is so generous of you - and WOW! They are gorgeous!! My favorite spring bloom is forsythia, because it seems to bloom here before anything else. I also love to bring branches in a month or two early and watch as they give our cold, wintery house bright pops of yellow!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite spring bloom is daffodils. I love their cheery yellow color. They brighten up the dull spring landscape until the leaves unfold. The pillowcases are so lovely.
ReplyDeleteChamomile! I know it may be more of a summer flower, but here in CA with the warmer climate you can see it pop up sooner + it always brings me joy. I love the simplicity + overall cheeriness a patch of this flower brings. And let's not forgot the SMELL - heaven. These little simple buds, packed as a bouquet, put in a white pitcher are the perfect springy vibe -- Your pillowcases are lovely, thanks for opening up a giveaway xx

DeleteMy favorite spring bloom are tulips. They are so beautiful. I always remember a walk with my deceased grandpa. It was his favorite flower. Most he liked the yellow ones. Sometimes we planted some in the garden. That was great.

DeleteRanunculus! I think they are so sweet and a little bit quirky.
ReplyDeleteThere are so many beautiful blooms in spring, it is definitely hard to narrow them down.. my top two would be azaleas because of their vibrancy in color & because they're hardy and easy to grow and anemones for their simplicity but how they stand out in a bouquet of flowers.
ReplyDeleteLove your line xx

My favorite bloom are magnolias. They are so beautiful on the large trees in the pacific nw. They let you know that spring has officially arrived. Xo

Oh what lovely linens! My favorite spring bloom is the California poppy, I love seeing the fields of flowers covering the landscape this time of year, it is especially beautiful this year due to all the rain California received during the winter.
ReplyDeleteHello! My favorite blooms are forsythia. After the long New England winter, these tiny yellow flowers remind me of promise. The earth is assuring me sun and warmth are coming soon. Here in the suburbs outside Boston you will find forsythia everywhere! My favorite is this one particular house with a large front yard that has an island of wild forsythia. I wait for this every year.

Lily of the valley :) It starts to bloom middle of may here in Finland. I always bring bouquet those for my mom for mother's day. It's been every year tradition since I was toddler :)
ReplyDeleteThis is an incredible print!!! This year I found a new bloom to love! I live in Phoenix AZ so our spring is well on its way to being over. But this year, with how much rain we've had, it's been extra bloomy and beautiful! My favorite is kind of an unsung hero but has brighten my day so much because it's so incrediblely vibrant. The Palo Verde tree blossom is an incredible yellow and the trees seriously shine!!! Then the ground below is covered in yellow and it's like the earth is dusted with gold!

my favorite spring BLOOM flowers are peonies. when i was a little girl i loved my grandmother's garden full of these magical flowers. i'm always so happy when it's peonies- time again, i love to remember those old times...
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, I'm in love! I'd say my favourite spring bloom would be tulips. There is a flower festival in my city each spring and they do some beautiful live art works with the tulips and it just gets me so excited about spring! x

DeleteOh how fun! My absolute favourite spring bloom is jasmine. They are everywhere near where we live and walks in spring become overwhelmingly associated with that sweet jasmine smell. So many good memories of this pretty bloom.
ReplyDeleteLilacs! They bring back such happy memories of spring.
ReplyDeleteIt's not surprising that such a beautiful person would make such lovely things. These are beautiful and so excited for the big launch!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite spring blooms are peonies. We had them at our wedding and it always reminds me of our special day and how lucky we are to continue to have love that blooms. XO
I love white anemones because they are simple in palette and shape yet bold with the contrast in the dark black center.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite spring blooms are blooming magnolia trees. When I was little, I would take walks with my grandpa and he would let me ride his shoulders so that I could smell the flowers because I thought they were the biggest flowers in the world! My grandfather passed away last year on my borthdya. I was his fist grandchild. And this spring, the blooming magnolias remind me of him every day. I even snipped a few branches and have them in my home to enjoy.
ReplyDeletePs- loooooove the pillow cases! Hoping you choose me :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite blooms are stargazer lilies. My husband bought them for me on our first date and now whenever he joins me at our local farmers market he can't resist buying me a bouquet of the same blooms when they are in the stands
My favourite spring blooms are tulips because there are so many different varieties and colours. They are the flower that symbolizes love and springs arrival! They are also the perfect easter flower! I love the look of tulips on the kitchen table when the sun is shinning in on a spring morning and the birds are singing! Spring brings new life! :)

I love when the lilacs bloom! Something about the smell is so magical and brings me right back to my childhood.
ReplyDeleteTulips! There is a quaint Dutch town, near the place I grew up, that has a tulip festival each year. I have memories of walking the sweet smelling town, admiring the hundreds of tulips, eating dutch letters and trying on wooden clogs in hopes that my parents would buy me a pair. I look forward to taking our own little one this spring to experience the vibrant and magical feels of Pella, Iowa.
ReplyDeleteDaffodils are my favorite spring bloom because they are always the first (in my yard anyway) to brighten the days after a long, grey cold season. Like small bursts of sunshine, even when the skies are still grey and drippy in the PNW.
ReplyDeleteMy favorites are daisies. So simple and pretty! I love your products. :)
ReplyDeleteTulips possibly because they are some of the first to open up and remind us that there is color and sunshine and life just around the corner after a cold dark winter!
ReplyDeleteLilacs are my favorite because they smell divine and the color of them is so perfect and lovely!! They make me think of spring!!
ReplyDeleteOh my so hard to choose! But if I had to pick one, it would be peonies! They just smell amazing and are so beautiful! Lilacs are a very close 2nd! :-)
ReplyDeleteHyacinths for its smell
ReplyDeleteLilacs for the colors
Tulips for the variety of shapes and colors
Daisies for their simplicity
I love lilacs because my mom always grew them in her garden and they bring back great memories!
ReplyDeleteThose are so beautiful! It would be hard to pick just one, but I have to say I love love lilacs! The smell, the colors, their simplicity. Another one is peonies! They have my heart!

Renacules and tulips and daffodils. Man I love them all. They remind me of our wedding and of new beginnings. They always brighten a room and bring a smile to my face.

ReplyDeleteMarigold because of a cherished memory of my grandma when we were in Texas visiting some family. We had been driving amidst the desert, in betwixt cactus and mountains, for what felt like an eternity to a ten year old. We were pulling up to my cousins ranch when I *heard* my grandma say "Look! Its a miracle!" And I said yes! It is a miracle that we are finally arriving!" My grandma replied laughing "no, look at all the marigold!" We both laughed and soaked up the golden beauty of the marigold fields surrounding us.

ReplyDeleteI love peonies because of their fluffy delicate look! They also made up most of my wedding bouquet!
ReplyDeleteForsythia is probably one of my favorites. They look bright and bold and wild. I just adore them and how they contrast the rest of the earth awakening to spring and coming back to life. They remind me of a Mary Oliver poem about flowers.
ReplyDeletePeonies all the way!!! They were my wedding flowers and they remind me of my beautiful little girls.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely peonies! We lave three lovely peony bushes under our front window and they make our yard look so cheerful - plus they smell divine!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh my absolute favourite would have to be a sweet pea pink, cherry blossom tree...I get so giddy seeing them bud and am overwhelmed by their beauty once fully bloomed. I love taking a few and using them on a dinner party table or floating them in water in a glass bowl on the counter xx
ReplyDeleteDo flowering trees count? There is this delicate little tree in the front yard of a house across the street from ours. It's tiny white flowers are the very first think to bloom in spring on our street. I've described it to a couple nurseries, but do not yet have a name for it. I should really just march over and ask Sybil herself (I've been admiring her garden from afar for a couple years now). Anyway, it is beautiful and reminds me of bringing my baby boy home for the first time, and it is my favorite.
ReplyDeletepeonies are a must have in my life! they brighten up my whole day!
ReplyDeleteI love peonies too! :) poppies are up there too!
ReplyDeleteLilacs! We didn't realize when we bought our house (in winter) that we had white and purple lilacs in our yard! Now our girls (we have 3 too :) ) are so looking forward to them blooming.
ReplyDeleteTulips! We love seeing them sprout each spring :)
ReplyDeleteI love peonies! They are such a soft, gorgeous flower with a heavenly scent! Can't get enough of them whether it be photos or the real deal...beautiful!

ReplyDeleteFreesias are the loveliest spring flower, to me. My parents still have them coming up every year at the house I grew up in. They are ever so frangrant, but also full of lasting memories for me.
